In the Physio Fitness class you will learn about the principles of the body. The class is taught according to developmental kinesiology and other concepts of physiotherapy. The emphasis is on conscious natural movement. Each lesson focuses on a different part of the body, to which you will always learn interesting information and exercise with the aim of its full functionality. Although this is a group class, the emphasis is on the correct execution of the exercises, which the instructor checks and corrects if necessary. The class uses both equipment (fitball, tennis balls, etc.) and exercises with your own body weight.
