Problem Parts

Problem  Parts  aka  Pépéčka  (Czech  abbreviation  P.P.)  is  a  workout  class  which  consists  of dynamic   warm   up   followed   by   funtional   strenght   workout   focused   on   forming   and strengthening of womens problem parts. Do not expect any hard choreography but aerobic warm  up  to  motivating  music  instead  which  kick-starts  the  burning  of  redundant  fat. Afterwards you will sweat while completing strenght exercise especially composed together which will shape your belly and butt.

What can I gain from Problem Parts?

Thanks to regular Problem Parts workout your fitness will  get  better  and  at  the  same  time  your  butt, thighs,  belly  and  arms  will  get  in  shape effectively. No more loose butts and unattractive bellies.

Is Problem Parts class the right workout for me?

Problem Parts class is intended for women of  all  ages  who  want  to  get  lean,  work  out  hard  and strengthen  their  body  and  leave  the class full of endorphins. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age (even if accompanied by an adult) are not allowed to attend group lesson. We do not recommend that children and teenagers aged 10-14 attend this group lesson.

What do I need for Problem Parts class?

For this class you will need comfortable sports clothes, sturdy indoor sports shoes, a towel and a bottle of water.
