Booty Lift

The Booty Lift group class is an intensive exercise program focused on strengthening and shaping the muscles of the lower body, especially the gluteal muscles. This workout thus leads to a firmer and sculpted buttocks and lower legs. The class combines aerobic and strength training, which includes a variety of exercises such as different variations of squats and lunges. The class often uses equipment such as loading dumbbells, one-armed dumbbells, steppers, weighted rubber bands, etc.

What can I gain from Booty Lift?

The Booty Lift exercise has several positive benefits for the body. Regular exercise will firm and shape the gluteal muscles and lower legs. Other muscle groups such as the abdominals, thighs and lower back are often engaged during the exercise. This can help to improve overall strength and stability. You can also expect an increase in energy. Intense training can stimulate metabolism and increase feelings of energy and vitality.

Is Booty Lift the right class for me?

The Booty Lift class is suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers. The program is aimed at women and men who want to improve the strength, shape and power of the lower half of the body and especially the gluteal muscles. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age (even if accompanied by an adult) are not allowed to attend group lesson. We do not recommend that children and teenagers aged 10-14 attend this group lesson.

What do I need for Booty Lift class?

For a Barbell Pump class you need comfortable workout clothes, a pair of non-slip shoes, a towel and a bottle of water.
