Fitness is a lifestyle which objetive is to keep one’s body fit and healthy. You can work out in your fully-equipped gyms where you can find not only classic exercise machines, but also a number of modern tools intended for functional training and rehabilitation. There is a unique exercise wall in the gym at the Prague 5 branch which is called Kinesis. If you are not daring to do the exercise on your own, you can always arrange a training lesson with our professional trainers. Along with the gym we offer a wide range of group classes – from the slow and precise ones such as Power Yoga and Pilates to the dynamic and fast ones such as Trampolines, FitBox and Zumba. Last but not least, we offer a personalized training with a personal trainer on Power Plate or a special orange skin (carotenosis) and fat elimination procedure with the help of VacuShape.
